Job Title: Campus Brand Ambassador & Social Media Creator

We’re looking for a college student at the University of Florida or Santa Fe College who’s outgoing, creative, and social media savvy to serve as our Campus Brand Ambassador & Social Media Creator.

Your role will be to build awareness of our studio on campus, connect with student creators and organizations, and create engaging TikTok and Instagram content that grows our online presence and showcases the fun, creative energy of The Gainesville Podcast Studio.

Key Role / Responsibilities

Represent The Gainesville Podcast Studio on and around the campus.
Build relationships with student influencers, clubs, and media organizations.
Plan and host small on-campus or pop-up events to drive awareness.
Create short-form videos (TikTok & Instagram Reels) that highlight the studio experience, behind-the-scenes moments, and local creators.
Collaborate with the studio team to develop creative content ideas and campaigns.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and help grow our social media community.

Ideal Candidate

Currently enrolled at the University of Florida or Santa Fe College.
Student with an active and authentic social media presence (especially on TikTok & Instagram).
Outgoing, confident, and great at networking.
Comfortable on camera and experienced with content creation (Reels, TikToks, etc.).
Passionate about podcasts, media, or digital storytelling.
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated.

Compensation:

Hourly rate or monthly stipend (based on experience).
Free access to the Gainesville Podcast Studio for personal creative projects.
Opportunities for growth, networking, and collaboration with local creators.

Schedule:

Flexible hours (approx. 5–10 hours per week).
Combination of on-campus outreach, studio visits, and content creation time.
